Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to moving, relocation, transportation and removal services provided by Enjoy Moving Experts.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you provide about your items, locations and access. If the actual scope differs on moving day, the price may be adjusted and confirmed with you before work continues.

Bookings

A move is confirmed once the date and scope are agreed. Please tell us as early as possible if you need to reschedule so we can plan our team and transport.

Your goods

We handle your belongings with care during packing, loading, transportation and off-loading. Please declare fragile, high-value or hazardous items in advance so they can be handled appropriately.

Access and permissions

You are responsible for arranging building access, parking and any permissions required at the pickup and delivery premises.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed with you before the move and stated in your quote.
